Flavoured chocolate

Flavoured chocolate is quick and easy. These spicy hot chocolate blends are easy to prepare even with the little ones. In addition, in glass jars, they become greedy gifts.

Ingredients

Flavoured chocolate- Beverage For 6 jars of 2 l

Spiced chai chocolate

100 g of dark chocolate 55% cocoa
2-star anise
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon of ground cardamom
½ teaspoon of ground cumin, available in speciality stores
20 g of peppercorns
6 cloves

Vanilla chocolate

100 g of white chocolate
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 sachets of vanilla sugar
2 vanilla pods

Gingerbread and cinnamon chocolate

100 g of milk chocolate
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of gingerbread spice
1 tsp ground cinnamon

How to proceed flavoured chocolate

Preparation: approx. 30 minutes

Break up the chocolate

Chop all the various types of chocolate each in its own packaging on the edge of a table or use a knife to reduce it into squares.

Spiced chai chocolate

Break the star anise into pieces. Distribute the cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, spices and dark chocolate in the jars.

Vanilla chocolate

Distribute the cocoa powder first, then the vanilla sugar in the jars. With a knife or scissors, chop the vanilla pods as small as possible and distribute the vanilla and white chocolate pieces in the jars.

Gingerbread and cinnamon chocolate

Distribute the cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, spices and pieces of milk chocolate in the jars.

Label the jars and decorate them

Close the jars hermetically, label and decorate them as you wish.

Add instructions

If you want to give the jars as a gift, write the instructions for the preparation of the chocolate on the cards that you will attach to the jars. Hot chocolate: pour the contents of the jar into approx. 5 l milk, bring to a boil and simmer gently for approx. 5 minutes. Strain into cups and enjoy.
