Preparation of Tiramisu Muffin

First, we make the chocolate baskets: we take 6 muffin cups in silicone, we cover the inside with dark chocolate with the help of a spoon. Let the baskets rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, whip the vegetable cream with mascarpone. Then transfer the mixture into a piping bag.

We pick up the baskets and slowly remove them from the silicone mould. Then will make the moulds with a little filling, cut each ladyfinger into three pieces, soak each piece in the coffee and place a piece of ladyfinger in each chocolate basket.

At this point we cover with the remaining filling, decorate with a few tufts. Add a little cocoa to the surface and leave it in the fridge until it’s time to bring it to the table.
