How to make cassava soup with pepperoni:

Cook the peeled cassava in a pan of water or broth and blend in a blender. Reserve.

Tip: If you want, you can do as I do: cook the cassava in the cooking water of a chicken breast with rosemary. That way it will be tastier!

The next step in this recipe for cassava soup with pepperoni is, in a pan with oil, to sauté the garlic and onion.

When the onion is translucent, add the saffron and pepperoni, cut it into cubes, and let it fry to release the fat and flavour.

When the pepperoni is ready, add the beaten manioc. Dissolve the broth tablet in a little warm water and add as well. Finally add the green scent, add the salt and wait for it to boil.

When serving your cassava soup with pepperoni, season with pepperoni. “It’s very good, dears!”
